No Other Foundation…

“For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ.”
(1 Corinthians 3:11 KJV)

We all know it is the foundation that sustains the house, not the decorations, not the painting, not even pillars by themselves… it is the entire foundation that does the job. Take a look at your life; what are you standing on? What is the true foundation of your life. When all is said and done, and everything is taken away, what can be left of you? Will and can you stand when life’s treasures are taken away?

I love the verse of Scripture that says “…when my heart is overwhelmed: lead me to the rock that is higher than I.” (Psalm 61:2 KJV)
There is a Rock on which you can stand, on which you can hide and you can be rest assured that your eternal welfare is secure in Him. Don’t take the chance of not insuring your life. Your life insurance has been paid for but you must register your name on it.

You know, a foundation has already been purchased for your life. A solid foundation. Christ! On this foundation, you have peace. On this foundation, no man can lay any charge against you. Hear what is written concerning you: “There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.” (Romans 8:1 KJV)
Isn’t that amazing!!? But you must build on this foundation to keep it.

So I urge you; build your life on Something, on Someone, on that Solid Foundation which cannot be removed – CHRIST!
