This is Where All of Life Culminates
At the end of each year, I encourage you to take stock, count your blessings and tune your heart to God’s frequency for direction in the year ahead.
As we wrap up 2022, the charge is no different because God speaks to and directs those who anticipate Him.
Are you anticipating God in/for 2023?

Progress doesn’t happen by accident
On a personal note, this year was not without challenges and a few near-impossible situations. We were stretched on many fronts and took some big risks that disrupted ‘our’ plans.
But we stayed focused on God and He continues to come through in His way and time.
This is why being intentional with God in all areas of life is NEVER a gamble. And by all areas, I mean ALL.
If we fail to be intentional with God in the small details of our lives, we may miss the big opportunities we desire when they come around // This is Where All of Life Culminates Click To TweetUnderstand that progress doesn’t happen by accident. You’re either ready or not.
Learning to make room for God
As you pray, plan and strategize for 2023, don’t forget to make room for God intentionally.
Never forget that ‘man’s chief aim is to glorify God and to enjoy Him forever’ — Westminster Shorter Catechism.
So if we remove Him from the equation of our dealings (however insignificant to us), we risk running our race without the very Anchor we desperately need.
Quit doing life in your own wisdom and make room for God instead — Proverbs 3:5-6.
The summation of life
Before we transition into the new year, let me remind you where all of life singly culminates. It’s found in Matthew 25:21-23.
His master said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant. You have been faithful over a little; I will set you over much. Enter into the joy of your master.’
All our life’s work, labor, toil and ministry culminates in this moment; the moment we hear the Master extend an eternal hand of fellowship to us for being faithful stewards.
As you reflect and think ahead, remember that the purpose of ‘all doing’ is God.
You will experience no greater joy than hearing those words on the final day of reckoning, "WELL DONE!" // This is Where All of Life Culminates Click To TweetThis is the summation of life and I challenge you to make it your primary focus in 2023.
Here’s to an awesome God-infused, Christ-exalting and Spirit-empowering year ahead.
