Enough For Me

As I kicked off my Sunday sermon prep tonight, I received of the Lord what I am about to share with you. It is brief but as is normal with the Holy Spirit, very inspirational and liberating… at least for me it is.

In Ephesians 6:17b, Paul said to take on the “Sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God”
It is often said that the word of a man is as good as the man himself. Consider for a moment, “What if you actually took God on His word literally… What if you took God’s promises and counsel and act on them”
That’s the problem; often times we remain in the place of “IF”, instead of outright obedience and faith.

Consider for another moment some of the promises of God over your life; yes, go on, consider now. I resolved in my heart that God’s word is as good as God. And that’s enough for me.

Resolve thus today:
“No room for fear; His word is enough for me.
No back door for doubt; His word is enough for me.
No corridor for insecurity; His word is enough for me.
No window for anxiety; His word is enough for me.
No bathroom for sin; His word is enough for me.
No lounge for poverty; His word is enough for me.
No kitchen for unforgiveness; His word is enough for me
No dinning area for covetousness; His word is enough for me”

Give no space nor place to the devil in your life, resolve to make God’s word enough for you. It’s as good as GOD.

    Good thoughts.

Joh 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 The same was in the beginning with God. 14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.
