A Word of Encouragement
We all need encouragement sometimes to get through life’s many challenges and tussles…

Life is not always fair
Not everything works out the way we anticipate. You do not find a 10-year-old girl who dreams of marrying at 50. Neither is it common to find a 13-year-old boy who dreams of being fired or unemployed at 30. We all have big dreams!
Yet the realities of life can sometimes be worlds apart from our dreams. Life is not always fair.
But I’ve experienced healing from brokenness. I’ve experienced grace in times of trouble. I’ve experienced being lifted out of the dungeon. I’ve seen a huge light shine into the pit of loneliness.
I’ve seen enough to know there’s a God in heaven.
There is hope for you
If there’s one thing you probably need to hear this moment, it’s this:
There’s hope for you!
God can restore the broken pitcher of your life. He can make life beautiful again.
Out of the broken pieces of your life, God can restore a great masterpiece. Click to encourage someone.
God’s work never goes unnoticed. Those around you will see and marvel. In restoration, we experience deep joy. It is only God that can bring beauty out of ashes.
And for you, He will. You will shine again.
Reflect on God’s promises
Reflect on God’s promises to you and have hope restored:
“I will never leave you nor forsake you.” – Hebrews 13:5.
“I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten, the hopper, the destroyer, and the cutter, my great army, which I sent among you.” – Joel 2:25
“He has made everything beautiful in its time.” – Ecclesiastes 3:11.
P.S. This weekend, I will be travelling to Amsterdam with my family to speak at a youth conference, where I’ll challenge a group of young people to take hold of their future through mentoring. I’m looking forward to the road trip and the humbling opportunity to inspire a generation. Can I ask that you pray with us please?About Joseph Iregbu

It’s difficult to go through painful times, but we do have a God who will carry us when we can no longer stand. He is faithful and the storms don’t last forever.
Amen. Thanks TC!
If a person is broken or feels broken, what is a good way for them to see how God has healed the broken pitcher?
Thank David. Very poignant question. I believe hope is the first step on the journey of restoration and healing. There is no single answer to your question but a number of experiences (from mine) point to the beginning of the process: a willingness to ‘live’ again and forge ahead regardless of the past. From my experience and on a spiritual level, God can work deep renewal in us through brokenness. At such times, we must look out for how we’re being led by the Holy Spirit on matters that affect us deeply. Thanks for your comment.
Thanks for adding to that Joseph. I believe you could probably write an entire book on the subject and was hoping for your fantastic reply. Best wishes as you seek to encounter more with your message of hope here, and on your trip!
Encouragement is always a powerful motivator, no matter where it comes from, but especially when it comes from within and from faith. Sometimes we forget and are lost in despair, but fortunately there is always a way out.
Safe travels to you and your family.
Thanks Ryan!
