Your Life Is As Compelling As Your Vision
Unless you have a burning passion for a cause greater than you, sooner or later the drive to get up each morning soon dries up.
Having a clear vision for your life is the foundation on which such sustained passion, the pursuit of excellence and consistent ‘grind’ are built.

Unless you’ve seen it, you cannot own or pursue it.
No vision? No mission!
Too many people are living a day at a time, simply hoping for the best. But life doesn’t have to be this way.
You were created for ultimate glory. But to glorify God, you must radiate glory. And the only way I know to do that is when we are locked in on our purpose.
That’s what makes vision inseparable from the cultivation of purpose.
However, this is where the problem often lies. If you don’t know or cannot see what your life is about, how can you maximise your all in time and eternity?
We all need to cultivate the discipline to visualise and execute today (a step at a time) the seeds of the future God planted in our hearts yesterday.
I challenge you to adopt a vision-minded approach in every area of your life. Don’t live by chance; live by design.
Because in the end, where this is no vision, no mission can succeed.
What are you focused on?
Not everyone is intentional about life. And it’s so easy to fall into the trap of becoming just another stats.
So how can you live each day with a renewed sense of optimism? Tune out the noise and distractions around you. Then focus your energy on being intentional with your life choices.
People who lack a deep sense of personal vision will always struggle to make their lives count for eternity.
Your life is as compelling as your vision
Recently, I was thinking about why people follow others and embrace their leadership. Then I realised we are all looking for clarity.
And when we find people who clearly articulate their WHY (in words and deeds), we are naturally drawn to and inspired by them.
When you become vision-minded, your life becomes attractive to others — Proverbs 22:29. In the end, your life can only be as compelling as the vision you own, embrace, articulate and live.
Remember, “Where there is no vision, the people perish…” — Proverbs 29:18
