Champion or Mediocre?
I was trawling through my near-complete manuscript for my next book a few minutes ago and came across some of my quotes on pursuing your God-intended purpose and living a victorious life. They got me excited all over again.
Don’t settle for less, don’t be a mediocre, approve only things that are excellent. Bring out the champion in you.
Super reading!!!
“The mind of a mediocre lack focus and is devoid of matter… The Champion’s mind is always set on its goals and fears no challenge”
“Greatness is not reserved for special breeds; all are men in God’s eyes and out of each lump He can make an awesome vessel. But the difference lies in the realisation of your purpose and the pursuit of it. That’s what makes you special after-all”
“The mouth of a Champion may be slow to speak but his ears are quick to listen to wisdom and his feet quick to pursue that which his heart was created for, namely; GOD.”
“Purpose, passion and diligence are close friends of a Champion; he wears them like a garment… mediocres only get by without real fulfilment in life.”
“The heart of a Champion is full of wisdom; he fights the right battles on the right battlefield. But the heart of a mediocre is foolish; he fights the right battles on the wrong battlefield.”
“Mediocrity makes men and women content with an average life but Champions are always seeking new grounds to increase their capacity for greatness. Mediocrity is a disease that steals people’s ability to see beyond their domain, but purpose makes Champions dream new dreams everyday”
“Only one thing separates champions from losers: Purpose! With purpose, champions fail to resign to failure, rather they push on to victory by seeing the next challenge as an opportunity for excellence.”
