This is the miracle that Wrecked my life…for good!
July 10 2012 is a day I simply want to replay forever. You could say I was personally wrecked! Not many precious gifts change your life like a newborn. Literally.
Isabel Juda
Isabel-Juda was born at 6PM on Tuesday July 10, 2012. She weighed 3.65kg (8.05 lbs) and stood at 54cm.
The running water woke me up in the morning. It was 4AM and wifey was having a shower. That wasn’t normal, not at that time. And of course, the alarm bells in me starting ringing immediately. I could hear her groan. She was in severe pain. The contractions had kicked in. And over the course of the day, the pain increased significantly.
Between contractions, she sang worship songs, held my hand as we walked round the hospital neighbourhood several times in an attempt to kick start labour and looked at me (maybe thinking “This is all your fault dude!”) and at other times she just kept quiet.
We arrived at the hospital at 5AM and 12 hours later she went into labour. In the background, the song “It is Well With My Soul” was on repeat. Wifey showed great character and strength like I have never seen:
She persisted, she lingered and after 40 minutes, she prevailed.
I could describe my experience in the labour room but words fail me. All I can say is I witnessed a miracle on the day. It was awesome. I was wrecked. Never to be the same again.
You see, we’ve spent the past 3 months watching “One Born Every Minute”, but this wasn’t BBC or More 4. This was it! This is my seed, my flesh, my blood.
Since her arrival, my days have suddenly become shorter, the night longer and sleep virtually non-existent. But my joy of early parenting is inexplicable.
This is Isabel-Juda: for unto God she is vowed and to God she has been promised. And out of her lips has praise been ordained.
Praise God! This is sooo touching! Shez a lovely Jewel! I pray she’l grow up BIG n STRONG to be a hope giver to her -our- generation and be a praise leader like her mum! Cheers Isabel-Juda we love U lotzz!

May her arrival be a blessing to her generation, may the Lord raise her as a Spiritual Giant “Singspiration” to doing His will and touching lives more than as the father (Joseph) has done this day till Christ come.
In times of troubles may her encouragement to overcome be greater and higher, may the boldness of the father(Joseph) in a greater way come upon her in thy name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
